The Operational Entity requests the authorization to sell 100 T-Shirts (distributed between XS S and M) at cost price to local fashion stores and atelier in Brazil.
The objective of this proposal is to locally improve brand awareness and gain new costumers. These local stores will be chosen at the discretion of the operational entity aiming the best match with the Favos brand.
These T-shirts should be resold for the same prices as our online store by the stores.
I, Miguel Buffara, propose that the operational entity be authorized to grant access to sell 100 t-shirts from inventory and sell at cost price. The objective of this proposal is to locally improve brand awareness and gain new costumers. The operational entity will be responsible for selecting the local stores that best match the Favos brand. The T-shirts should be resold for the same prices as our online store by the stores.
This proposal will be beneficial to the Favos brand by increasing brand awareness and gaining new customers. It will also help to increase sales and revenue for the company.
I recommend that the operational entity be given the authority to grant access to the local stores to sell the 100 t-shirts from inventory and sell at cost price. The operational entity should also be responsible for monitoring the sales of the t-shirts and ensuring that the prices are the same as our online store.
